Refund Policy for Snowbasin Vacation Rentals, LLC

1. General Policy Overview
● All rental agreements are subject to our refund policy.
● Customers should read the policy carefully before finalizing their rental.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
● Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 60 days before the rental start date.
● Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the rental start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
● After 30 days from the rental start date, no refund is available.

3. How to Request a Refund
● Customers must submit a refund request via email to janet@snowbasinvacationrentals.com
● Provide the rental agreement number, date of rental, and reason for cancellation.


4. Processing Time
● Refund requests will be processed within business days.
● Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.


5. Exceptions
● Refunds will be made if the property is re-rented for the same dates and pricing.
● Damage to rental items may result in deductions from the refund.
